It's true - it is the water. And we get our water from a four hundred foot deep well tapping Sierra pure mountain water. Loaded with great minerals, and never seen a touch of chemicals, our water forms the base for excellent craft brews whether ales, wines, meads or other.
Meads
Generally regarded as the oldest fermented beverage known to man, the basic Mead has been dated as far back as ten thousand years. A wine made from honey rather than grapes, mead has fallen out of popularity in the U.S. due in part to its high cost, which in turn is due to the high cost of honey. We make 'long' meads, meaning they age several years before release, and are naturally flavored with a variety of fresh fruits such as pears and oranges. | |

Our mobile kitchen has served groups up to 140 at one sitting.Seventy pounds of meat on the grill, appetizers, libations, salads and a variety of side dishes - all prepared fresh at your location with our mobile kitchen. We can slow smoke any meat, and have our own special woods not normally found in high production smoking. We are prepared to work with electricity or gas so you can enjoy a true primitive retreat...without sacrificing quality of your meals. | |
